Recently, the company has released another teaser of this subcompact SUV, giving a glimpse of its exterior design, including features like the headlights, tail lights, and alloy wheels. Skoda Kylaq: What’s New?
The new Skoda Kylaq comes with the features the brand’s signature grille, which looks like the designs of the Kushaq and Slavia models. It comes equipped with LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) and LED projector headlights, along with a split-headlight design. Additionally, the front bumper has a lower grille with hexagonal design elements.
The teaser also shows black-out multi-spoke alloy wheels, which resemble the alloy wheels of the Kushaq Sportline variant. Other visible elements include ORVMs with turn indicators and roof rails. At the rear, the teaser hints at a connected tail light setup with a visible tail light unit and bumper on the tailgate.
Skoda Kylaq: Features
– The interior of the new Skoda Kylaq hasn’t been fully revealed yet. However, a recent teaser showed black seats with a beige top design, but the final production-spec model could offer a different interior theme.
– As for the dashboard, it will likely include a 2-spoke steering wheelalong with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. The SUV is also expected to feature a 10.1-inch touchscreen. Other likely features include an 8-inch fully digital driver display, automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, a wireless phone charger, and a single-pane sunroof.

Skoda Kylaq: Engine
The new Skoda Kylaq subcompact SUV is expected to be powered by a 1-liter turbocharged TSI petrol engine. This engine will generate 115 PS of power and 178 Nm of peak torque. It will likely be paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox.

The Skoda Kylaq is expected to have an ex-showroom price starting at ₹8.50 lakh. After its launch in the Indian market, it will compete with other subcompact SUVs like the Nissan Magnite, Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, and Mahindra XUV300.
