The SUV registered a 12.75% year-on-year growth, with a total of 9,646 units sold in the month.This impressive sales figure contributed to the XUV 700 accounting for 18.89% of Mahindra’s overall car sales for the month.
Two Engine Options Available
When it comes to powertrains, the Mahindra XUV 700 offers two engine options for customers. The first is a 2.0-liter turbo petrol engine that delivers a maximum power of 200bhp and a peak torque of 380Nm. In addition, there’s a 2.2-liter diesel engine that produces 185bhp and 450Nm of torque. Both engine options come with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic gearbox. Moreover, the top variants, AX7 and AX7 L, offer an all-wheel drivetrain option. Currently, the Mahindra XUV 700 is available in six color options for Indian customers.
