Hyderabad: Maruti Suzuki has introduced the fourth-generation Maruti Dzire, a compact sedan that’s more stylish and feature-packed than ever. Starting at ₹6.79 lakh (ex-showroom), the new Dzire’s top model reaches ₹10.14 lakh (ex-showroom). With its sportier design and upgraded features, this launch raises the bar in the compact sedan market.
The fourth generation Maruti Dzire comes with a length of less than 4 meters. Its length is 3,995 mm, width 1,735 mm and height 1,525 mm. Its wheelbase stretches to 2,450 mm, while ground clearance is set at 163 mm. The petrol variant provides 382 liters of boot space, though the CNG option may slightly reduce this capacity.
Bold and Modern Design
Offered in four trims—LXI, VXI, ZXI, and ZXI+—the 2024 Dzire is available in seven color options, including eye-catching shades like Gallant Red and Alluring Blue. The design is strikingly different from the new Maruti Swift, showcasing sleek lines reminiscent of the Honda Amaze. Upgrades make it stand out significantly compared to previous Dzire models, giving it a fresh, aggressive look.

Inside, the Dzire boasts a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Safety in the 2024 Dzire has been upgraded significantly, with six airbags, ESC, 3-point seat belts with reminders for all seats, and ISOFIX mounts for rear seats. It also meets UN 127 pedestrian safety norms and recently secured a 5-star safety rating in Global NCAP crash tests.
